Reservations and Cancellation Policy

Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subject to Cancellation fee. Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing, and shall only be effective upon its receipt and acknowledgment.

The following cancellation fee will be subject to cancelled bookings:

• 14 days or Less prior to arrival date: 100%
• More than 14 days but less than 30 days: 50%
• More than 30 Days but less than 45 days: 20%
• More than 45 days: 0%
• No refund will be given to the following:

– Itinerary Amended After Departure.
– There will be no refunds from Lion rider tours and safaris Ltd for any unused portions of the tour.
– Lost Travel Time or Substitution of Facilities.
– No tour refund is available should you fail to join a tour or join it after departure or leave it prior to its completion.
– We strongly recommend that you secure trip and cancellation insurance.
